Where we ship
Yotoplaay ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. During peak seasons (e.g., holiday sales) or due to carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping. No additional handling fees or surcharges will be added at checkout.
Carriers
We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your shipping address, package weight, and current carrier capacity. A tracking number and the carrier name will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your mailroom. Yotoplaay is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If you believe the package was lost in transit, contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Incorrect shipping address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@yotoplaay.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot reroute the package.
