Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return and refund. Requests submitted after the 30‑day window will not be accepted.
Eligibility for a refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused condition: The item must not have been used, worn, or altered. Items showing signs of customer‑caused damage are not eligible.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals that came with it.
- Quality issues: Yotoplaay accepts returns for manufacturing defects or quality‑related problems. Please describe the issue when you contact us.
Non‑refundable items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non‑returnable” at the time of purchase
- Digital products or gift cards
How to start a return
To initiate a return, email us at info@yotoplaay.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return shipping cost
Yotoplaay provides free return shipping. You will not be charged for the return label or for any shipping fees related to the return.
Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the returned item (adjustments may apply if promotional discounts were used at checkout).

Refund processing time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility. After the inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
Refund posting time (bank/PayPal)
After we process the refund, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank’s processing speed or PayPal’s policies.
Partial refunds
In some cases, we may grant a partial refund at our sole discretion. Examples include items returned with minor use that does not prevent resale, or items missing non‑essential accessories.
