Accepted payment methods
Yotoplaay accepts the following payment methods for all purchases:
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal (PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or cards stored in your PayPal wallet)
Logos for these payment methods are displayed in the footer of every page on our website and are shown again during checkout.
Payment security
All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed through PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or PINs on Yotoplaay servers. Only the last four digits and the card type are retained for customer service and fraud prevention purposes.
Price transparency
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The price you see on the product page is the same price you will see in your shopping cart and at checkout – no hidden fees, surcharges, or unexpected charges. Free shipping is automatically applied; you will never see a shipping fee added.
Taxes
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where Yotoplaay has a legal obligation to do so. The exact sales tax amount will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.
Payment authorization
When you place an order, we request a payment authorization from your chosen payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). If the authorization is declined for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect card details, fraud alert), your order will not be processed. You will be prompted to use a different payment method or contact your bank.
Refunds to original payment method
All refunds are issued back to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. After we process a refund (within 1–2 business days of receiving a return), the timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard): 7–10 business days from the date we process the refund
- PayPal: typically 24–48 hours after we process the refund
Billing information accuracy
You are required to provide accurate and complete billing information at checkout, including the billing address that exactly matches the address on file with your card issuer. If the billing information you provide does not match, your order may be delayed, flagged for fraud review, or cancelled.
Changes to payment method for an existing order
If you need to change the payment method for an order that has not yet been processed, contact us immediately at info@yotoplaay.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the payment method.
