Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on every order shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Yotoplaay ships exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. These are the only payment methods accepted. Logos for each are shown in our website footer and at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from customer‑caused damage. Quality‑related issues are also accepted. Final sale items, digital products, and gift cards are non‑returnable.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email our support team at info@yotoplaay.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid label – you are not charged any shipping fee for returns.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. Yotoplaay does not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and approve your returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as timing depends on your bank or PayPal.
