1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yotoplaay website and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. Your Account
You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and current information
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
4. Products & Pricing
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices, but errors may occasionally occur. If a product is not as described, your only remedy is to return it under our Refund Policy.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. No hidden fees or surcharges will be added.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept orders only after successful payment authorization.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal (see our Payment Policy for details).
We may cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Shipping
Yotoplaay ships only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

- Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

7. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility: Unused, original packaging, and free from customer‑caused damage. Quality issues are accepted. Final sale items, digital products, and gift cards are non‑returnable.

- Refund processing: Within 1–2 business days after we receive the return
- Refund posting: 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal)

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, product images, software) is owned by Yotoplaay or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yotoplaay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yotoplaay and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Baltimore County, Maryland. You consent to personal jurisdiction there and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our site after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using our site.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Contact Information, form the entire agreement between you and Yotoplaay, superseding any prior agreements.
